2011 is proving to be another exciting year for HALO NZ:
- A Limited Edition Rugby World Cup Sofa is currently under development and will be in
New Zealand mid next year
- HALO NZ are participating in Designday held in Auckland in March and will be partnering
with a well known New Zealand fashion and interiors designer
- Dedicated HALO In-Store Areas are being installed throughout our stockists with an
innovative, edgy and unique approach to the HALO brand

You may have heard over the past few days that New Zealand's Canterbury region was struck by a large earthquake.
The city of Christchurch has been badly effected with over 2000 buildings written off and an increasing number
of lives have been lost. For a city of 400,000, the effects will be long lasting.
The HALO showroom in Christchruch has been damaged and is closed for the unforseen future, however HALO NZ is 100%
operational and it is business as usual, so we look forward to hearing from you and assiting with your furniture orders and enquiries.

April 2011
March was a busy month indeed. We travelled to Singapore for the Singapore Furniture Fair which was great. New Halo products were launched, including the new licensed brand - Kelly Hoppen which will be arriving in New Zealand shortly.

Halo teamed up with Trelise Cooper Interiors and Mercatini for Design Day in Auckland, giving a cheeky glimpse into the honeymoon suite of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The Mercatini showroom displaying Halo luxury leather sofas, armchairs, trunks and chandeliers and partnered with Trelise Cooper Interiors fabrics draped over furniture and from chandeliers - it was an atmosphere of classic, old world glamour.

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter!
During April, several dedicated HALO areas were installed in-store some of our stockists, including Clegg's Furniture in New Plymouth and McKenzie & Willis in
Queenstown and Wanaka. We have received great feedback on these areas so keep an eye out for more to be rolled out.
